Oh The Stink I have Known

Who knew I would do two skunk posts in one week. I never would have guessed.

You remember that line from my post the other day where I said "We took Daisy to the mud room to regroup." So sorry we did that. I think the mud room is going to stink like skunk for the next year. Not only does the room stink but everything in it stinks too.
See these coats. Every one of them needs to be washed. It takes two cycles with vinegar to get the smell out. Ask me how I know that.
Still haven't put the kids Halloween baskets away yet either. Just saying.

Lauren's Birthday gift. Little stinky. It wasn't in the mud room at the time of the incident. Why I put it there in the aftermath I don't know. Dumb, I guess. Lauren, I am sending it anyway. It am sure it will sit on a lot of pallets on open runways between here and there. That will get the funk out. By the time it get to you it will smell like JP8. Like always.
Jason went back to work the other day. His boss made him change his boots because they stunk so back.
These aren't his boots.
Hats, gloves, mittens, scarves and the like all need the vinegar treatment.

Worlds best stroller. Quite stinky. Not sure just what to do with that. I will wash the cover but the frame is bad too. Maybe the vinegar treatment in a bucket with a rag.

Being a stinky family does have advantages. We went to Walmart yesterday. Everyone stayed out of our way. It was great.

I could have just said my mud room is stinky. But don't you think this was more fun.

So that will all be taken care of by the time we come again, right? Cause I don't want no skunk stinky on my stuff!

I hope Daisy has learned her lesson. Some dogs actually get to like the experience of getting sprayed you know. just sayin

on our first date, brad hit a skunk with his motorcycle. he got the worst of it, but it all washed out fine. maybe our skunk just wasn't as potent.

Oh yes, it was much better with the individual pictures. Sorry about the skunk smell. It's gonna stay with you for a while.

Our Daisy's name is Maddie. Stupid but sweet. She's been skunked a time or two, too.
